Your contributions ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for guests in our innovative virtual golfing and dining venue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standardized recipes and safety regulations. Serve food and beverages, delivering outstanding customer service. Mix and serve drinks following established recipes, maintaining an organized bar area. Collaboratively work with team members to guarantee timely, quality service for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and bar settings, adhering to health and safety standards. Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary. Verify customer age compliance when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Guide customers in setting up and using the golf simulation system, providing assistance for any inquiries.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and facilitate smooth operational flow. Mentor and train new team members across all departments. Collaborate with management to optimize strategies for improved workflow and customer experience. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Qualifications:
Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order and payment processing. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge:
Understanding of culinary techniques, drink preparation, and health regulations.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
