At Hearthstone Management, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team of culinary artisans. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food service operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our talented team of chefs, nutritionists, and hospitality experts to provide exceptional dining experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food and beverages to clients in accordance with dietary needs and preferences Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure exceptional quality and presentation Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and management Participate in inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and efficient operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in food service or a related field preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
