The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Serve breakfast items to guests, maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality. Assist guests with their dietary needs and preferences, providing information about menu items. Maintain inventory of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Clean and sanitize dining areas, utensils, and equipment after service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and catering needs as required. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial. Strong phone etiquette for guest interactions when necessary. Skills in meat cutting or food preparation are advantageous but not required.
