Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, drinks, and cocktails with professionalism and enthusiasm, including spirits and wine knowledge Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales processing and math calculations Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards Support bar service by preparing drinks, upselling menu items, and managing beverage inventory Clear tables promptly through bussing duties and assist with guest needs to enhance overall guest relations Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining, or nightlife environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking across various responsibilities Experience with cocktail preparation, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service is a plus Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to develop your skills in a lively restaurant environment!
