Job Description

We are looking to fill 2 breakfast positions at the hotel, full and part time. This is an early start time position, 5am weekdays and 6am weekends. We are a new hotel opening soon!
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area, back and front of house. Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards Deliver consistent, excellent guest service
Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Restaurant experience a plus Hotel experience highly preferred Guest service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure Team player who can also work independently Professional written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies Flexible, adaptable, and dependable
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
