As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest service in a fun and energetic environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting our service team, ensuring timely food and drink delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities Bring your 'A' Game each and every day. Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests' needs. Greet guests with a warm and sincere smile. Assist the service team with all food and beverage service. Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables. Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions. Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and navigate through all venue areas. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds safely. Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform calmly under pressure. Effective communication skills in written and spoken directions. Schedule This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
