Job Description

Responsible for maintaining, stocking, cleaning, and breaking down the breakfast as well as attending to guests, refilling coffee, offering assistance in a polite and courteous manner. After breakfast is completed and put away, cleaning breakfast area, and other common areas. Duties and Responsibilities General o Sets up, maintains, and breaks down breakfast service. o Offers assistance, beverage refills, local information, and hotel information to guests.
CONSTANT INTERACTION/ENGAGEMENT WITH GUESTS IS A REQUIREMENT.
o Cleans all breakfast containers, equipment, utensils, storage areas, work surfaces, kitchen and breakfast room floors, tables, chairs, and other special projects as directed. o Tours all public areas to determine cleaning priorities. o Monitors public restrooms and cleans and restocks paper supplies as needed. o Rechecks public restrooms during busy periods no less than once an hour. o Removes garbage from restrooms, kitchen, breakfast area at the end of each shift. o Stocks, maintains, and delivers to management orders for breakfast foods and supplies as needed. o Maintains compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards as well as local health department guidelines. o Reports to supervisor any immediate problems, significant results, or related information. o Executes other associated responsibilities as directed by the management. o Reports in proper uniform which is cleaned and pressed, with provided name tag. o Attends and participates in staff meetings as requested.
