Cafe Associate:
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to associates. Ensure a nutritionally adequate and varied diet for driving and non-driving associates according to food handling guidelines. Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment. Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators. Set up and stock assigned work areas by following established service standards and procedures. Clean service stations, fill ice bins, and restock storage and fridge items according to established par levels. Restock all necessary items during the shift and complete all side duties as assigned. Operate an electronic cash register. Clear and reset tables as they are used, within established standard timings and guidelines. Segregate and remove garbage, and steam clean or hose garbage containers. Transport trash and waste to disposal areas. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Requirements for theCafe Associate:
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and a criminal background check. Position requires frequent walking, head turning, bending, reaching, and grasping; constant standing, forward reaching, and grasping. Candidate must be able to lift and carry 45 lbs and push and pull minimally. Primarily indoor working environment with controlled heating and cooling and varying exposure to chemical odors.Work Schedule and Pay:
Shifts vary, but it will be a 40-hour work week. Pay is $15 an hour. Shifts are as follows (days off vary): 1st shift: 5:30 AM- 2:00 PM 2nd shift: 1:30 PM
- 10:00 PM 3rd shift: 9:30 PM
