Position Summary The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in the grill station during breakfast and lunch service. This role also supports other areas of the cafeteria as needed, including serving customers on the line. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality, and provides excellent customer service while interacting with faculty and staff. Responsibilities Prepare and cook grill items for breakfast and lunch service. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked grill station throughout the shift. Assist with serving customers on the cafeteria line as needed. Support other kitchen areas when necessary. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Qualifications At least one year of experience as a grill cook in a high-volume food service environment. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong teamwork and customer service skills. Reliable attendance and a proven work history.
