Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Set up complimentary breakfast including food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Monitor food stations to ensure freshness and availability of items. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Preparation of breakfast items and maintain as needed. Address guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest relations. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Good communication skills, including phone etiquette for any guest inquiries. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
