Job Description
Performs a variety of routine duties related to the preparation and serving of food; cleans area and cooking utensils following infection control/HACCP guidelines. Experience - Previous experience in food service is preferred. Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Sets up serving area and serves customers in accordance with established schedule and procedures. Cleans the cafeteria area, serving utensils and equipment, following infection control and HACCP guidelines. Carries dishes and food between the production area and serving lines. Presents all menu items in an attractive manner, following sanitary procedures and maintain adequate supplies of food and nonfood during meal service. Informs supervisor of all supply and equipment needs. Greets all customers promptly and courteously.
