COOK Food Preparation & Sanitation:

Cook and package food which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold. Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Maintain clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils following all personal hygiene policies and procedures. Clean, stock and restock workstations

CASHIER Guest Service & Cash Handling:

Provide excellent & accurate customer service. Ensure all areas are kept clean and well stocked. Count change back to the guest to ensure the correct change is given. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts are correct.
