Job Description; We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Breakfast Attendant to join our team here at LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bozeman! This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast area while providing excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare, set up, and maintain the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet according to hotel standards. Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service. Assist guests with questions, requests, and any breakfast-related needs. Monitor and replenish breakfast items throughout service to ensure food is fresh and readily available. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary breakfast area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food stations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures. Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage and rotation of food products. Clean and sanitize the breakfast area, kitchen, and equipment after service. Wash dishes, take out trash, sweep, mop, and restock supplies as needed. Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to management promptly. Assist with other hotel duties as needed to support daily operations. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude toward guests and coworkers. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and maintain a clean environment during busy breakfast hours. Willingness to follow hotel standards and food safety guidelines. Previous hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, and perform routine cleaning duties.
