We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist guests with meal preparation and food handling, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly and addressing any inquiries or needs. Maintain inventory of breakfast items, restocking as necessary to ensure availability. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food preparation and dietary needs. Handle phone etiquette professionally when taking reservations or answering guest questions. Assist with the delivery of food items as needed, ensuring timely service. Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of hospitality throughout the dining area. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or as a dietary aide is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
