Full-time or part-time opportunities available. Starting wage for this role is $11.50/hour. Staff accommodation not available, candidates are required to secure their own accommodation. Roles & Responsibilities Create memorable guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests with a warm, welcoming attitude Keep dining and event spaces looking their best by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables throughout service Support servers and the service team by delivering food and beverages efficiently and professionally Assist with the setup and teardown of special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets Play an important role in the successful execution of events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large conferences and celebrations Provide exceptional support to both guests and teammates, jumping in wherever help is needed Embrace a variety of responsibilities and enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that delivers outstanding service every day Required Skills and Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate! A strong work ethic and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and sanitation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a passion for teamwork Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
