Assist with food safety management tasks such as monitoring temperatures, labeling items, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Support catering events or special functions by setting up stations, serving guests, and managing dietary accommodations when needed. Experience Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred; hospitality background is a plus. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, serving, and food handling within the food industry or catering settings. Knowledge of wine service or beverage pairing can be advantageous for enhancing guest experiences. Experience with manual handling tasks such as weight handling in the workplace or operating kitchen equipment is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and handle in-person interactions professionally. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Previous dietary aide or culinary experience that emphasizes food safety management and sanitation procedures is desirable.
