We are proud to be an Asheville mainstay- and both Michelin recognized and James Beard awarded. The Role You'll keep the dining room organized, stocked, and running smoothly during services. This role is moderately guest-facing.

Responsibilities include:

Washing, drying, and polishing glassware and silverware Consistent rotations of restocking the dining room and service stations Bussing and resetting tables as needed to support our host team Daily clean up, labeling, and storing of staff family meal Post shift deep clean of workspace What We're Looking For Comfortability with working quickly and cleanly in a busy environment/close quarters Taking initiative to do a thorough job and communicating respectfully with the team Reliable transportation to and from work, accountability for scheduled shifts Available evenings and weekends Food and beverage experience preferred, but not required Pay and Benefits Guaranteed minimum hourly pay of $22.10 from base wage + tip share Access to direct primary care memberships for medical and dental Daily staff meal Dining discount Schedule Mostly evening shifts, including weekends.
