This position plays an important role in guest satisfaction by ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area before, during, and after service
• Prepare and restock breakfast items according to hotel standards
• Ensure all hot and cold food items are fresh, stocked, and properly labeled
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all health and safety guidelines
• Keep breakfast area, kitchen, counters, tables, and floors clean and sanitized
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment as needed
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with questions and accommodate reasonable requests
• Notify management of low inventory, maintenance concerns, or guest issues
• Follow FIFO procedures and proper food storage standards
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed
• Follow hotel grooming, uniform, attendance, and safety policies Qualifications
• Previous food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule
