Duties Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning food items under supervision Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies, serving dishes, or clearing tables as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces through regular cleaning routines Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Assist with bussing tables during meal service to ensure a tidy dining environment for guests Support the culinary team with basic kitchen tasks to facilitate smooth food service operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
