As a Dining Services Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience while supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Whether you're preparing meals, assisting with service, or helping maintain a clean and safe environment, your work will make a difference.

Serve meals with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Prepare and assemble foods for regular and modified diets.
Assist with salads, baked goods, and other menu items.
Support cooks and dining leaders with meal preparation activities.
Keep Things Running SmoothlyClear tables and meal trays following service.
Operate dishwashing equipment and hand wash items as needed.
Return clean dishes, utensils, and food service equipment to designated storage areas.
Stock food and supplies and pull ingredients for meal preparation.
Assist with inventory organization and rotation.
Maintain a Safe & Clean EnvironmentClean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
Sweep, mop, scrub, polish, and remove trash as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety guidelines.
Identify food quality concerns, including signs of spoilage or contamination.
Complete required documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
