Job Description

Do you enjoy serving others and creating a warm, welcoming dining experience? Linden Court is looking for friendly, dependable Culinary Assistants to join our dining services team on day and evening shifts.
As a Culinary Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating enjoyable dining experiences for our residents. From preparing the dining room and serving meals to assisting residents and keeping the kitchen clean and organized, your work helps make each day better for the people we serve.
What You'll Do Provide friendly, respectful, and courteous service to residents, families, and guests.
Assist with meal preparation, meal service, and beverage service.
Set up dining areas before meals and clean them afterward.
Assist residents with their dining needs while maintaining dignity and respect.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, dining rooms, and work areas.
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
Follow established food preparation and meal service guidelines.
Work closely with the Culinary and Linden Court team to provide excellent resident service.
Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for. What We're Looking For
