The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to guests while preparing, maintaining, and replenishing the breakfast area. This position ensures the breakfast area is clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming throughout the morning. Responsibilities Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive and ensure food and beverages are presented neatly and attractively. Replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout the breakfast service as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary breakfast and buffet area throughout the shift. Clear and properly dispose of used plates, utensils, napkins, cups, and other items. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements. Monitor inventory and assist with keeping food and supplies properly stocked. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and assist with resolving concerns. Follow all hotel and brand standards and procedures. Maintain regular attendance, arrive on time, and adhere to scheduled work, break, and meal periods. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Education/Experience Relevant experience and/or training is a plus.
