Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for Catering help for a FUN Golf Tournament in Bedminster, NJ. During the dates of August 3rd through August 9th. We are looking for people that can work at least the 6th through the 9th! Positions we are still looking fill are as follows:
- Buffet Attendant/ Busser
- $18 hourly
- Beer Hawker
- $17 hourly + tips
- Cocktail Server
- $18 Hourly
- Backup Bartender
- $17 hourly + tips ( required to show up, will be paid for 4 hours if not used )
- Runner
- $18 Hourly ( Must be able to go up and down stairs with product and carry up to 50lbs unassisted.
VERY FAST PACED POSITION.
Responsibilities Set up catering events by arranging tables, linens, utensils, and presentation displays to create an inviting atmosphere. Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly service. Assist with food preparation, plating, and garnishing to uphold high standards of presentation and quality. Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly while maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and providing exceptional customer service. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling accurately. Support food safety protocols by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
