Job Description
Do you love the idea of helping turn inquiries into booked events? We are looking for a Catering Sales Assistant to join our team and help manage the day-to-day activity in our CRM. What you'll do: Respond promptly to new catering inquiries Follow up with prospective clients and keep leads moving Manage and update CRM records Schedule property tours and appointments Communicate with prospective wedding and event clients Track follow-ups and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks Work closely with our catering sales and event planning team We're looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients A strong follow-up person who doesn't let things slip through the cracks Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems - will train on our software Able to work independently and manage multiple leads at once Previous sales, hospitality, catering, or CRM experience is a plus!
