Description Prepares dinning and serving areas by setting up tables and counters. Places food containers in serving order, fills salt and pepper shakers, stocks serving trays and utensils. Cleans and disinfects tables, kitchen equipment, pots, pans and utensils then stores them in their proper place. Cleans and disinfects kitchen, dining area, serving area and restrooms including removing trash. Cleans around entrances, exits and sidewalks. Record and report all discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor.
Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request. Performs other duties as assigned. Full Time Wednesday-Monday 1:00pm-9:00pm Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Requirements Ability to stand or bend for lengthy periods of time in work areas. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 pounds. Ability to read, write andprehend information in English, able to adhere to health and sanitation standards. Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, evenings, and weekends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Satisfactory Federal and State criminal background check. Successfulpletion of drug screening.
