Responsibilities Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and surrounding spaces Set tables according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of utensils, glassware, and linens Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes and resetting them for new guests Assist with food service by delivering meals to tables and supporting servers as needed Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment following safe lifting practices Maintain clear internal communication with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs Support catering events or special functions by preparing the dining area and assisting with setup and cleanup Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety practices, and proper table setting techniques Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with guests Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic understanding of hospitality operations and catering procedures is advantageous Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences!
