We are seeking a polished and attentive Busser to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the pace, cleanliness, and elegance of the dining room.

Key Responsibilities Support Service Team:

Assist servers and captains by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables efficiently and quietly.

Maintain Dining Room Appearance:

Ensure all tables, chairs, glassware, and floors remain clean and presentable throughout service.

Guest Assistance:

Provide water, bread, and other table maintenance services to enhance the guest experience.

Table Reset:

Reset tables quickly and accurately following fine dining standards — correct placement of silverware, glassware, and linens.

Coordination:

Communicate with servers, food runners, and management to maintain smooth service flow.

Service Setup:

Help with pre-shift preparation including polishing silverware and glassware, folding napkins, and setting up stations.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines at all times. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move quickly in a busy dining room.
