Job Description

Our bussers are responsible for the general cleanliness of the restaurant. You will be responsible for cleaning tables, cleaning up the spills and sweeping/mopping at the end of the night. General busser duties
Core Responsibilities Clearing Tables:
Remove dirty plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins as soon as guests finish their meal or course.
Required Skills Physical Stamina:
Stand, walk, and carry heavy tubs of dishes for long shifts.
Teamwork:
Work closely with hosts, cooks, and servers to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Attentiveness:
Notice when a guest needs an empty glass refilled or a table cleared without needing explicit instructions
Resetting Tables:
Wipe down and sanitize table surfaces, then set them up with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware for the next customers.
Supporting Servers:
Refill water glasses, bring out bread or simple items, and occasionally run food or drinks to tables when the waitstaff is busy. Maintaining the
Dining Room:
Sweep or mop up spills, clear trash, and keep service stations stocked with clean plates, silverware, and napkins.
