Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cafe Worker to join our team at a vibrant Pilates studio. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages and light food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and coffee preparation, along with a strong focus on safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light snacks to clients in a timely and professional manner Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and utensils Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling and storage procedures Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and addressing client needs Support the overall ambiance of the studio by creating a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Prior experience in food service or coffee preparation is preferred Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash or POS operations Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling Experience with POS systems for processing sales efficiently Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently to maintain hygiene standards Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about health, wellness, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Pay:
