Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, making it perfect for individuals looking to grow within the food service industry. Duties Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Support food service operations by assisting with catering events as needed. Help maintain inventory of supplies and report any shortages to management. Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and presentable at all times, adhering to health and safety standards. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service is a must. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
