Job Overview Brothers Daley is seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Busser to join our front-of-house team. This is not a passive support role. You are responsible for maintaining the condition, pace, and precision of the dining room at all times. The right candidate understands that every detail—table resets, cleanliness, timing, and awareness—directly impacts the guest experience. We are looking for someone who moves with urgency, takes initiative, and holds themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed. Responsibilities Reset tables to exact standards—aligned, polished, and consistent every time Maintain full awareness of the dining room and anticipate needs before they are called Execute silent, efficient table maintenance (clearing, resetting, refilling) without interrupting the guest experience Support water service and assist servers in maintaining tables throughout the meal Maintain and restock all service stations to proper par levels before, during, and after service Ensure all glassware, flatware, and service items are polished and presentation-ready Keep floors, pathways, and guest areas clean and unobstructed at all times Work closely with servers, runners, and management to maintain flow and timing of service Assist in opening and closing responsibilities with attention to detail and completeness Qualifications Experience in a high-volume, detail-driven restaurant required (fine dining preferred) Strong sense of urgency paired with precision—speed without sloppiness Ability to read the room and anticipate needs without direction Professional presence and understanding of service etiquette Highly organized, reliable, and consistent Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods and lift/handle service equipment Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays What to Expect High standards and a team that holds each other accountable Fast-paced service where details matter A structured environment focused on consistency and execution Opportunity to grow within the front-of-house team for those who perform Why join Brothers Daley?
