In this role, you will be the backbone of our morning service, ensuring that every guest experiences top-notch cleanliness, seamless table settings, and attentive service. Your proactive approach and commitment to food safety will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Duties Assist with cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and service stations to uphold health standards Set up tables with appropriate tableware, linens, and condiments, ensuring a polished presentation for guests Support bussing duties by clearing used dishes and resetting tables efficiently for new guests Handle manual lifting of supplies, equipment, and food items following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Support food service operations by delivering orders to tables and assisting servers as needed Maintain internal communication with team members to coordinate service flow smoothly Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of hospitality standards Strong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, and safe handling procedures within the food industry Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with guests Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during busy service periods Skilled in table setting, bussing, serving, and supporting catering events when required Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene regulations essential for maintaining high standards Experience with internal communication tools or systems used in restaurant operations Join us as a Morning Busser and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every morning!
