Employee Discounts Growth and Advancement Opportunities Sick Pay What You Will Do As a Banquet Setup Attendant, you will: Set up tables, chairs, linens, and staging according to event specifications Review banquet event orders to ensure accurate room layouts Adjust room configurations as needed for different events Assist with basic audio-visual setup when required Break down events and reset rooms for future use Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and storage areas Move furniture and equipment safely and efficiently Support the team to ensure events run smoothly What We Are Looking For We are seeking team members who are: Reliable and able to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and diagrams Strong team players with good communication skills Organized and able to manage time effectively Willing to perform physically demanding tasks Preferred Qualifications Previous banquet or event setup experience Physical Requirements (Essential Job Functions) This is a physically demanding role.

Candidates must be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds of tables, chairs, and equipment Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and twisting Work safely in a fast-paced environment Handle equipment and cleaning chemicals safely Maintain stamina during long event setup and breakdown shifts Ready to Apply?
