SUMMARY:

Prepares and cooks family style meals for clients or residents and employees of institutions by performing the following duties. $1000 Sign on Bonus/ $500 Referral Bonus after completion of 6 Month probationary period.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.

• Prepares foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served. Washes dishes.
• Ensures the level of sanitation within the food services such as storage and preparation areas meet recommended / required sanitation levels as dictated by the regulatory agency.
• Bakes breads and pastry. Cuts meat.
• Plans menu taking advantage of foods in season and local availability. Serves and monitors meal service.
• Orders supplies and keeps records and inventories.
• Directs activities of one or more clients who assist in preparing and serving meals.
• Completes Cook Worksheet and Substitution Log.
• Supervises and directs the work activities of clients assigned to the food service operation.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

Must successfully complete all security clearance requirements to include:

• Criminal Background Investigation(TCIC/NCIC)
• Driver's License Check
