About This Position The Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) prepares and serves a variety of food items following assigned work instructions and menus. You will also use a variety of food preparation utensils and machines in preparing food. You will report to a Food Service Director. You will work onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility.
