Server Assistant / Busser - Country Club Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Server Assistant / Busser to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an essential role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests by supporting servers, maintaining a clean dining environment, and assisting with banquet and event setups. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. Essential Responsibilities Bus and reset dining tables promptly and efficiently. Refill water glasses and assist with non-alcoholic beverage service as needed. Support servers by delivering food, clearing plates, and responding to guest needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, and service stations. Polish silverware, stock glassware, napkins, condiments, and other dining supplies. Set tables according to club standards for daily dining, private events, and special functions. Assist with banquet and event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings. Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and inviting throughout service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and club policies. Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
