A Dining Room Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience through fast, friendly, and attentive service. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining environment while staying knowledgeable about menu items, prices, recipes, and proper food preparation standards. Attendants must follow food safety guidelines, uphold company policies and core values, act as positive role models, and consistently arrive prepared for their shifts. They also engage with guests in meaningful ways to build rapport and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include preparing and rotating food items, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness across all restaurant areas, restocking supplies, assisting with inventory, and supporting new team member training. Dining Room Attendants must act with urgency to reduce wait times, work collaboratively with coworkers, and remain adaptable and professional. The role involves physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and repetitive movements, and it may require working long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic qualifications include being at least 16 years old, having general kitchen knowledge, and obtaining ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment.
