Job Description

Overview The Premium Suite Runner is responsible for serving guests in the suites. The Premium Suite Runner must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$15.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities Responsible for assisting with the setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-orders. Supports the Suite Attendant in all assigned suites that are set prior to the event based upon communication received of orders. Responsible for assisting the suite attendant and preparing events in assigned locations. Responsible for the setup of equipment once orders are placed Responsible for delivery of the orders to the correct suite. Monitor and maintain food quality. Follows all company policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests. Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition fulfillment. Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments. Responsible for ensuring suites have all necessary serving ware. Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance. Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event. All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to work as part of a team with all associates, management, and stadium departments. Excellent guest service skills and ability to adhere to Service Standards. Ability to complete all required training sessions. Ability to work accurately, courteously, and with a sense of urgency in a high-pressure environment. Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions. Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry heavy objects. Ability to frequently walk long distances while pulling/pushing a cart, hot box, or speed rack. May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season. May be exposed to large crowds and confined areas. Frequently working in a window-less environment.
