Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist servers and maintain the flow of service in our restaurant, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed, ensuring timely service. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary. Refill water glasses and provide additional utensils or condiments as requested by guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service during busy periods. Support catering events by assisting with setup, service, and cleanup as required. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety protocols within the food industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
