The facility is designed to become a premier destination for youth and adult sports, recreation, fitness, dining, and family entertainment while serving as a gathering place for the local community. Our facility features basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts, indoor turf fields, bowling, a dual-level laser tag arena, Krazy Darts, miniature golf, arcade games, a full-service restaurant and bar, fitness center, Child Watch, and flexible event spaces capable of hosting birthday parties, tournaments, corporate outings, and community celebrations. Managed by KemperSports, Henderson Sport & Social proudly embraces the Core True Service philosophy: Be Genuine, Helpful, and Friendly Service is a Team Sport To the Guest, Everything Matters Customer Happiness is Everything My Attitude is My Responsibility Position Summary Bussers restore the dining experience by creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for every guest. This position is responsible for restoring dining rooms and guest service areas to a guest-ready condition as quickly as possible while supporting servers, food runners, hosts, and the overall Food & Beverage operation. Bussers anticipate guest needs, maintain exceptional cleanliness, and proactively support restaurant and facility operations throughout Henderson Sport & Social. What Success Looks Like Maintain a dining room that is consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready. Reset tables quickly without sacrificing cleanliness or presentation. Support servers and the restaurant team through teamwork and proactive service. Extend hospitality beyond clearing tables by anticipating guest needs and assisting whenever possible. Identify maintenance or safety concerns and communicate them promptly. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and Henderson Sport & Social's Core True Service philosophy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables to Henderson Sport & Social standards. Refill beverages and water, remove finished plates, assist with leftovers, and notify servers when guests need additional assistance. Polish tables and chairs as needed while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room. Restock silverware, roll silverware, replenish napkins, condiment stations, beverage stations, high chairs, booster seats, and sanitizer buckets. Transport dishes, glassware, and bus tubs to the dishwashing area while assisting with dish organization as needed. Assist with running ice, trash, recycling, and general side work throughout each shift. Cross-train as a Food Runner, Host, and in Guest Services to support facility operations. Assist with patio resets, attraction food delivery, event spaces, and party room turnovers when business needs require. Identify facility maintenance or safety concerns including spills, damaged furniture, dirty windows, lighting concerns, or other hazards and communicate them promptly to leadership. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dining and guest service areas throughout the shift. Remain productive during slower periods by proactively supporting teammates and additional operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs. Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-attraction environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to anticipate guest needs and work collaboratively with others. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Occasionally lift or move up to 150 pounds with assistance. Bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and transport dishes, tableside supplies, and equipment. Maintain a professional appearance while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
