7 Days a Week 5:00 PM to 10:00

PM Reports To:

Manager / Sommelier Position Overview Parlour Wine Bar is seeking an energetic, hardworking, and hospitality driven Busser to help maintain an exceptional guest experience. The Busser plays a critical support role by assisting servers and bartenders, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the dining room operates smoothly during service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment, takes pride in teamwork, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Dining Room Support Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently Clear plates, glassware, silverware, and debris from tables Refill water glasses and assist with non alcoholic beverage service as needed Deliver food items when needed to support service team Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout service Service Support Assist servers and bartenders with guest needs Stock service stations with glassware, napkins, silverware, and supplies Stock wine cellar and organize wine with Sommelier direction Polish wine glasses and maintain wine presentation standards Assist with running food during busy periods Communicate guest needs and table status to service team Cleaning & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness of floors, dining areas, service stations, and restrooms Remove trash and recycling as needed Sweep, vacuum, and assist with closing side work duties Keep back of house storage and service areas organized Follow sanitation and health department standards at all times Team Responsibilities Arrive on time and prepared for each shift Participate in daily pre shift meetings Maintain a positive attitude and team first mentality Assist wherever needed to ensure exceptional guest service Support wine bar standards of hospitality and professionalism Qualifications Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods S trong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required Schedule Open 7
