Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Job Description:
The Busser provides support to the food servers by attending to the needs of guests.
Job Requirements:
Provide supplies to servers. Polish and stock equipment for operations (silverware, linens & glassware). Sets up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after the service. Sets up the tables with tabletop equipment per design. Ensure that guest tables are always maintained to our standards and in a timely fashion. Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served. The ability to assist servers as requested. Perform all opening and closing side duties. Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff. Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Previous bussing experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
