Salvatore's Hospitality is seeking a friendly, hardworking, and dependable Busser to join our front-of-house team. As a Busser, you'll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming dining experience for our guests. You'll support our servers and front-of-house team by keeping the dining room organized, assisting with guest needs, and ensuring tables are promptly cleared and ready for the next guests. Responsibilities Prepare the dining room for service by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies. Support servers by assisting with the delivery of food and beverages and retrieving supplies as needed. Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, including linens, silverware, glassware, and other table settings. Refill water, bread, and other table amenities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dining room throughout service. Respond promptly to guest needs and requests. Remove trash and quickly clean spills or accidents to maintain a safe environment. Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and other items as needed. Monitor and restock front-of-house supplies, including napkins, condiments, and other service items. Assist servers and management with additional duties as needed. Follow all cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer-service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment. Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with servers, management, and other staff. Dependable, punctual, and reliable. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties required in a busy restaurant. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
