Responsibilities Promptly clear used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and tableware Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms Support servers and hosts in ensuring smooth service flow Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner Follow all health and safety guidelines
