Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Breakfast Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will set the tone for a fantastic guest experience each morning. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying their breakfast, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating memorable mornings for our guests and supporting the overall success of our restaurant operations. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food preparation and service areas in compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations. Assist with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Support food safety management by following proper hygiene practices, storing ingredients correctly, and handling food safely at all times. Providing friendly in-person customer service. Restock supplies regularly, including utensils, condiments, and breakfast items, ensuring everything is ready for service. Requirements Strong skills in food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Manual handling skills for weight handling in the workplace, including lifting trays or boxes of supplies. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with wine knowledge is a plus for pairing suggestions or beverage service. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor in in-person interactions.
