Job Description
Our client is currently seeking dependable and motivated Culinary, Kitchen Worker, and Food & Beverage professionals to join a fast-paced hospitality team at Seneca Niagara. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a team environment, provide excellent service, and understand the importance of cleanliness, food safety, and quality. Opportunities may include food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, kitchen support, serving, bussing, banquet support, and other food & beverage responsibilities depending on experience. Responsibilities Prepare food and ingredients according to established procedures Assist cooks and culinary staff with daily kitchen operations Maintain clean and organized workstations Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required Follow proper food-handling and sanitation procedures Assist with stocking and replenishing food and supplies Support food & beverage service during high-volume periods Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards Provide professional and courteous service Follow all workplace health, safety, and sanitation requirements Perform additional kitchen and food-service duties as assigned Qualifications Previous culinary, restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food-service experience preferred Experience in high-volume environments is an asset Knowledge of basic food-safety and sanitation practices Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong reliability and attendance Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical duties Flexible availability may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation to the Niagara Falls area Must be willing and able to complete applicable pre-employment requirements Ideal Candidates Previous experience as a Kitchen Worker, Prep Cook, Line Cook, Dishwasher, Food Service Worker, Banquet Worker, Server, Busser, Food Runner, or Culinary Worker is an asset.
