The Dinex Group, restaurant group of internationally acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for a Busser for our new Downtown NYC restaurant. Key Responsibilities Set, clear, and reset tables quickly and efficiently according to restaurant standards Deliver bread, water, and other items to guests in a timely and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and side stations Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed Assist with polishing glassware, flatware, and maintaining proper table settings Communicate effectively with Servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously Uphold all company standards for service, hygiene, and appearance Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, but not required Strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in a busy environment The Dinex Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
