We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Review banquet event orders (BEOs) prior to each event. Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate event details, service expectations, and assignments. Inspect banquet rooms to ensure proper setup according to event specifications. Verify tables, linens, China, glassware, silverware, décor, and equipment are properly arranged. Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure readiness for service. Lead banquet servers and bartenders throughout service. Ensure food and beverages are served efficiently, accurately, and professionally. Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction throughout events. Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally. Maintain communication between the kitchen, service staff, and management. Adjust staffing and service flow as needed to ensure successful event execution. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
