Overview The North Country Community College Association is seeking a dependable, friendly and team-oriented Dining Services Associate to join our Dining Hall team at North Country Community College. This is a hands-on position with responsibilities across several areas of Dining Services. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to jump in wherever needed and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for our students, employees and guests.

Responsibilities include:

Operating the cash register and assisting customers Providing friendly and responsive customer service Assisting with light food preparation Serving meals and maintaining food service areas Assisting in the dish room Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and dining spaces Restocking food, beverages and supplies Following food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures Supporting the Dining Services team with other duties as needed The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with college students, employees and guests Able to work effectively as part of a team Willing to assist in different areas of the Dining Hall as needed Able to work in a fast-paced food service environment Committed to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment Previous food service or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
