PM Key Responsibilities Dishwashing & Sanitation:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, trays, glassware, flatware, and pots/pans using commercial dishwashing machine and/or 3-bay sink.

Area Maintenance:

Keep the dishwashing area, floors, walls, and equipment clean, dry, and organized, including sweeping and mopping.

Stocking & Storage:

Properly put away and restock clean items in their designated spot.

Kitchen Support:

Assist other food service staff with food prep, setting up/breaking down stations, and handling food and/or supply deliveries.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all established health, safety, and sanitation procedures, reporting any issues or violations. Civil Service Title Food Service Worker Job Qualifications Part-time position in the High School. Essential Skills & Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially hot and damp environment. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
